For more than 15 years, I have worked alongside beauty professionals across Los Angeles, sharpening and servicing virtually every major shear brand on the market. During that time, I have gained a unique perspective on the challenges stylists face—not only in selecting the right shears, but in maintaining their performance, longevity, and value over time.
The creation of Mr. ShearFix™ was driven by a simple realization: the industry lacked a consistent, trusted standard for professional ShearCare™. While manufacturers excel at producing shears, ongoing maintenance and long-term support have too often been left to chance.
To address this gap, I established a partnership with SalonCentric to help bring accountability, consistency, and trust to Managed ShearCare™ services nationwide. Together, we are building a professional maintenance framework that supports stylists wherever they work, ensuring their most important tools continue to perform at the highest level.
