A ShearFix™ Relationship Manager is dedicated to supporting stylists and barbers in their local community. You’ll help professionals maintain the sharpness and care of their shears—while earning extra income doing what you love.
As a Relationship Manager, you’ll:
✂️ Visit salons by appointment or casual stop-ins
🪒 Offer high-quality Japanese stainless steel shears for purchase or as loaners while client shears are being serviced
📦 Collect and ship shears for sharpening through ShearFix™
💰 Earn commissions on shear sales and sharpening pickups
